Job summary

DHL Express is seeking a Sr. Manager, Infrastructure Engineering to lead planning, execution, and lifecycle governance of engineering projects across infrastructure and material handling systems.

You will translate capacity and operational requirements into engineered designs, oversee vendor performance, and drive continuous improvement to ensure reliable end-to-end asset performance across engineering, operations, procurement, and business units. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in infrastructure/material handling engineering; Master’s degree option.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects across cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into engineered designs and specs.
• Vendor management, procurement, and contract oversight experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and engineering design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from concept to commissioning, within scope and budget.
• Develop as-built drawings for material handling equipment and warehouse ops.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across mechanical, electrical, controls, and safety.
• Drive process improvements and lifecycle cost reductions.
• Support governance forums and stakeholder alignment.
