Protective Life is seeking a Manager of Inforce Retirement Case Management to lead the team delivering high-quality service for Inforce contracts. You will drive performance, establish goals, and guide a crew focused on Annuity products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a customer service environment; with a focus on Annuity products or partners preferred.
• Proven interpersonal skills, communication skills and organizational skills.
• Strong aptitude to problem solve and analyze data.
• Previous work experience in an Annuity/Retirement leadership position is preferred.
• Proven ability to understand technical concepts and adapt to new systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inforce retirement case management team and ensure service levels.
• Establish goals aligned with departmental strategy and monitor progress.
• Provide coaching and development paths for team members.
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Represent the department in critical meetings and manage external/internal relationships.
• Communicate effectively across the organization.
