Protective Life is seeking a Manager of Inforce Retirement Case Management in Birmingham to lead a proactive team responsible for Inforce contracts. You will guide daily operations, ensuring service levels and quality while leveraging Annuity expertise to deliver superior client outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration with a strong focus on process improvements and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a customer service environment; focus on Annuity products or partners preferred.
• Proven interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong aptitude to problem solve and analyze data.
• Experience in an Annuity/Retirement leadership position is preferred.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and adapt to new systems and applications.
