Job summary

Protective Life is seeking a dynamic Manager of Inforce Retirement Case Management to lead the team delivering high-quality service for Inforce contracts. You will guide day-to-day operations in a processing and funds environment, with strong Annuity and financial services knowledge guiding decisions.

The role emphasizes team development, SLA adherence, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement to maintain Protective’s position as a leading Annuity provider.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer service environment with a focus on Annuity products or partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• Proven interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem solving and data analysis abilities.
• Experience in an Annuity/Retirement leadership position preferred.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and adapt to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Team’s Deliverables and aligns goals with department strategy.
• Oversees production and quality standards; ensures SLA compliance.
• Provides feedback, coaching and career development for team members.
• Defines roles, assigns work, and promotes high performance.
• Drives process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Interfaces with other functional areas and leadership across the organization.
• Communicates goals and progress; cascades information and feedback.
