Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Manager of Industrial Engineering to lead the design, implementation, and improvement of IE systems across manufacturing and prefabrication operations. You’ll apply Lean Six Sigma, data-driven methods, and best practices to optimize workflows, productivity, and quality while reducing waste.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years in industrial/manufacturing engineering or related.
• 2+ years leading engineering teams or programs.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrialized construction, or prefabrication preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• PE or EIT licensure beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of production systems and IE initiatives.
• Design and optimize workflows, layouts, workstations, and material handling.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, VSM, time studies and work measurement.
• Collaborate with product development, quality, supply chain, and maintenance teams.
• Establish and maintain production standards, labor standards, and metrics.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Guide quality control and compliance activities.
• Support new products, technologies, and capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement through emerging IE tools and practices.
