Qualifications
- Experience with industrial engineering in manufacturing or prefabrication environments.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Ability to lead and develop engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and improvement of production systems and processes.
- Design layouts, workstations, and material handling for throughput and safety.
- Apply lean and Six Sigma to eliminate waste and improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
- Establish standards and metrics to support consistent performance.
- Analyze KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Guide quality control and compliance activities.
- Support adoption of new technologies and automation.
