Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Delivery Leader - Senior Manager in Portland, Oregon, to lead industrial data operations across OT/IT landscapes. The role combines client leadership, strategic sales, and hands-on delivery across multiple engagements.

You will recruit and develop a team, shape the practice scope, and ensure high-quality outcomes for complex industrial data projects, collaborating with CIOs and plant engineers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years real experience in industrial operations, OT/process control, industrial data, or IT/OT convergence.
• 5+ years in a client-facing leadership role: sold work, ran client relationships, led delivery teams.
• 5+ years across strategy and implementation, setting direction and delivering.
• Track record building or growing a team or practice, not just staffing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Travel up to 50% of time based on client needs.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end-to-end: trusted advisor to plant, operations, IT, and data leadership.
• Sell and shape new work: lead pursuits, build the business case, close engagements.
• Lead delivery across multiple engagements, accountable for outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Build and grow the practitioner team: recruit, coach, develop, retain.
• Move between strategy and execution: set direction and roll up sleeves as needed.
• Advise on governance, stewardship, and organizational design across IT/OT.
• Bring plant floor data grounding to conversations: credible with engineers and CIOs.
• Shape the IDO offer and POV as the practice matures.
• Represent IDO externally: alliances, industry forums, eminence content.
