Deloitte seeks a Delivery Leader - Senior Manager to guide Industrial Data Operations at scale, balancing client relationships with hands-on delivery. The role blends strategic direction with practical execution across OT/IT boundaries, shaping a growing practice while managing live engagements.

You will travel ~50% and engage across plant floor systems, cloud platforms, and data governance to deliver measurable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of real experience in industrial operations, OT/process control, industrial data, or IT/OT convergence
• 5+ years in a client-facing leadership role: sold work, ran client relationships, led delivery teams
• 5+ years across strategy and implementation with direction and delivery
• Track record of building or growing a team or practice
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, CS, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to travel an average of 50% of working time based on client needs
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end-to-end with plant, operations, IT, and data leadership
• Sell and shape new work: lead pursuits, build business cases, close engagements
• Lead delivery across multiple engagements, ensuring outcomes, quality, and client satisfaction
• Build and grow the practitioner team: recruit, coach, develop, retain
• Move between strategy and execution; set direction and contribute hands-on when needed
• Advise on governance, stewardship, and IT/OT organizational design
• Bring OT and industrial data grounding to conversations with plant engineers and CIOs
• Shape the IDO offering as the practice grows and share field learnings
• Represent IDO externally through alliances and industry forums
