Deloitte is seeking a Delivery Leader - Senior Manager to guide Industrial Data Operations, leading client engagements and shaping a growing practice. You will manage end-to-end relationships across plant operations, IT and data leadership, while selling new work and delivering outcomes that meet client expectations.

The role requires 10+ years in industrial data and operations, 5+ years in client leadership, and the ability to navigate strategy with delivery.

Qualifications

10+ years in industrial ops, OT/process control, data, or IT/OT convergence
5+ years in client-facing leadership
5+ years spanning strategy and implementation
Track record building or growing a team or practice
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Responsibilities

Own client relationships end-to-end: trusted adviser to plant, operations, IT, and data leadership
Sell and shape new work: lead pursuits, build the business case, close engagements
Lead delivery across multiple concurrent engagements, accountable for outcomes, quality, and client satisfaction
Build and grow the practitioner team: recruit, coach, develop, and retain
Move between strategy and execution, setting direction and rolling up sleeves when needed
Advise on governance, stewardship, and organizational design across IT/OT
Bring OT and industrial data grounding to conversations with plant engineers and CIOs
Shape the IDO offer and grow the practice as it matures
Represent IDO externally: alliances, forums, eminence content
