Job summary

DoSomething.org in New York is seeking a creative Senior Manager of Individual Giving to accelerate private philanthropic support as the organization grows. You will balance strategy and hands-on fundraising to cultivate annual fund donors and support mid-level and major donor activity.

Reporting to the VP of Development, you will lead annual giving campaigns, plan donor engagement events, steward relationships, and optimize data-driven fundraising using our donor databases and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Experience managing annual giving programs and donor stewardship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on fundraising activities.

ABOUT THE POSITION

DoSomething is seeking a creative and entrepreneurial Senior Manager of Individual Giving to advance private philanthropic support for the organization at a time of growth and innovation. Reporting to the VP of Development, the Senior Manager will contribute to the mission and vision of DoSomething.org by reaching annual giving goals, executing events and donor engagement opportunities, and managing key databases to ensure a data-driven approach to fundraising. The Senior Manager will balance both internal and external fundraising activities to cultivate and steward annual fund donors, supporting the build out of mid-level and major donor pools.
