Job summary

Ampere is hiring a Senior Manager, Indirect Material Procurement to lead global sourcing for indirect and technology tool categories. You will own procurement strategies, drive cost savings, and manage renewals, IP licensing terms, and supplier performance with engineering and finance partners.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and compliance while optimizing EDA tool subscriptions and related services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years managing procurement activities incl. indirect procurement; or Master’s degree with 8+ years.
• Experience engaging with EDA tools/software procurement and IP/licensing processes preferred.
• Strong executive communication and negotiation capabilities for global sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Own category and enterprise procurement strategies for indirect spend, incl. EDA tools and software subscriptions.
• Drive cost savings and value through strategic sourcing and supplier performance levers.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing for complex requirements, incl. RFx life cycles for tech categories.
• Partner with Legal to negotiate commercial and contract terms focused on IP licensing and governance.
