Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on clinical trial experience across multiple Clinical Operations roles.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Direct experience with site monitoring and in-house trial execution.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA/EMA regulations, and trial lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of clinical staff (CTA/CRA/CTM/CPM).
• Oversee staffing, workload allocation, and budget planning for trials.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide hands-on guidance on site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out.
