Nike Beaverton, OR invites a Senior Manager-level Story Designer for Retail to lead a team of in-house and contract designers, shaping immersive retail environments and storytelling that reflect Nike’s brand standards across North America.

You will partner with the Design Director and cross-functional partners to drive strategy, manage workloads, mentor talent, and deliver high-impact concepts from ideation to final execution.

Qualifikationen

• Led design studios delivering complex projects with schedules and budgets.
• Proven ability to mentor in-house and contract designers.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills to executive audiences.
• Experience shaping immersive retail environments and experiences.
• Deep knowledge of color, typography, and space planning in scale.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive a vision forward.

Aufgaben

• Lead seasonless story design and long-term vision with Design Director.
• Manage team workload, assignments, and resource planning.
• Drive ideation focusing on color, materiality, texture, spacing and environment.
• Coach and develop in-house designers and contract talent.
• Foster creativity, collaboration, inclusion, and ongoing learning.
• Develop presentation materials communicating strategy to leadership.
• Collaborate with Brand, Retail, Visual Merchandising and external partners.
• Attend retail installs across North America to ensure high standards.
