Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Sr. Manager, People Technology and Services in San Mateo, CA to lead HR technology strategy across HCM, compensation, time and absence, security and integrations.

You will drive multi-year roadmaps, partner with HR and business stakeholders, and manage Workday deployments with strong governance and compliance. The role involves leadership of cross-functional teams, SOX controls, and ongoing process optimization, with a focus on AI-enabled improvements

Qualifications

Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
Experience architecting scalable HR technology solutions across global organizations.
Proven ability to translate requirements into Workday solutions and manage full lifecycle implementations.
