You will partner with customers, drive prioritization, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HR technology solutions using Workday and related integrations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IS/CS or related field with 5+ years HR tech architecture experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and multi-year HR tech roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Drive and prioritize HCM, Compensation, Time and Absence, Security and Integrations roadmaps.
• Engage resources for each project and define level of effort for delivery.
