Job summary

Lubrizol, The Lubrizol Corporation, is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Operations to build a best-in-class HR service experience across payroll, time and attendance, leave, and benefits administration. You will partner with OxyChem and global process owners to standardize and optimize HR operations.

This full-time role offers hybrid work in Deer Park, TX or Wickliffe, OH, with four in-person days per week and one flexible day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources with strong HR operations expertise.
• 7+ years in payroll, time and attendance, onboarding, and benefits administration preferred.
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday (preferred), SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead change initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and shape a new HR Operations function to deliver best-in-class service.
• Oversee Benefits Administration, Leave Administration, Data Management, Talent Administration, Systems & Data with OxyChem collaboration for Time & Attendance and Payroll.
• Drive process transformation through standardization, digitalization, automation, and consolidation.
• Deliver KPIs, SLAs, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Partner with HR leaders and Centers of Excellence to align processes and technology with global standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements while managing risk.
• Foster a culture of excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement across HR services.
• Manage team performance, budgets, and vendor relationships to optimize service delivery.

Required Qualifications That Enable Your Success

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong HR operations expertise.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in payroll, time and attendance, onboarding, and benefits administration preferred.
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday (preferred), SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead change initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications That Drive You Forward

• Advanced experience in HR Shared Services or global HR operations.
• Certifications in HR or project management (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PMP).
• Experience with vendor management and process governance.
