Job summary

Lubrizol Corporation in Wickliffe, OH is seeking a Human Resources Manager, Corporate Technology to partner with business leaders and shape people strategies that accelerate results. This on-site role requires building trusted relationships and driving HR initiatives across global centers of expertise.

You will lead talent planning, performance management, compensation reviews, policy implementation, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR business partnering experience.
  • Expert knowledge of HR policies, practices, and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain trusted advisor and business partner relationships with assigned leaders.
  • Understand the business, competitive landscape, and strategies to shape talent and HR requirements.
  • Support workforce, succession, and talent planning discussions.
  • Ensure effective performance management using evaluation tools to drive transparency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Global HR Centers of Expertise to attract, retain, and develop talent.
  • Support compensation reviews by evaluating roles, responsibilities, and competencies.
  • Implement and reinforce corporate HR policies, processes, and programs.
  • Coach managers on compliance, employment laws, and employee relations risk mitigation.
  • Drive innovation and automation in HR processes and shared services.
  • Promote inclusion, diversity, and values-aligned decision making in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
