Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Manager of Advanced Analytics II to own the enterprise product analytics capabilities, defining how customer experiences are measured, understood, and improved across the healthcare system.

You will lead a team of analytics and data product professionals, partnering with product, design, engineering, and executive stakeholders to define success metrics and analytics strategies for customer-facing products and services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data products, or related roles.
• Experience leading analytics, data product, or BI teams in healthcare environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for product analytics capabilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop analytics professionals and data product developers.
• Partner with product, design, engineering, clinical, operational, and business leaders to define success metrics.
• Identify critical moments in the customer journey influencing engagement and satisfaction.
• Translate business needs into clear analytics requirements and actionable solutions.
• Ensure consistent metric definitions, data quality, and reporting standards across platforms.
• Drive self-service analytics adoption and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Communicate insights and strategic opportunities to senior leadership.
• Manage analytics initiatives using Agile methodologies and track progress across portfolios.
