Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Senior Data Product Manager to own enterprise data domains powering priority AI use cases. You will define roadmaps, data contracts, and quality standards, collaborating with AI, engineering, governance, and analytics teams to ensure trusted, ready data for production AI workflows.

The role emphasizes data governance, lifecycle management, and durable data products across clinical, operational, and enterprise domains within a regulated healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Data Science, CS, Analytics) or business/healthcare administration.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–15 years in data product management, data ownership, analytics, or governance.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, governance, security, and operational stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own data domains and define product vision, roadmap, backlog, and metrics.
• Translate AI use-case needs into data product requirements, data contracts, and latency expectations.
• Collaborate with AI product, engineering, ontology, and analytics teams to enable AI use cases.
• Define data quality standards and remediation plans with engineering and operations.
• Ensure data products are discoverable, governed, and usable by approved consumers.
