Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, product, analytics, technology, or related field.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel; experience with SQL/Tableau/Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to synthesize data into clear insights, decisions, and action plans.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and member experience via technology, automation, and AI.
- Develop executive-ready business cases, ROI analyses, and financial models.
- Lead portfolios of tech-enabled initiatives from concept to scale with cross-functional teams.
- Define KPIs, track performance, and report progress to leadership.
