Job summary

Deloitte's Industry Solutions team in the United States seeks a Senior Manager to help health plan clients transform core administration, operations, and service delivery capabilities. You will lead workstreams, design end-to-end processes, and mentor junior practitioners across project delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration, client communication, and business development, with travel and a strong focus on measurable impact for health plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in health care or consulting.
• Experience implementing core administration platforms such as Facets, QNXT, HealthRules.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and multiple workstreams in health plan contexts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for client deliverables.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% to support client projects.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams or engagements focused on health plan operations transformation.
• Assess and redesign end-to-end processes across claims, enrollment, billing, customer service, utilization management, and pharmacy operations.
• Translate business needs into transformation roadmaps, service delivery models, and implementation plans.
• Manage day-to-day delivery, team performance, and client stakeholder communication across programs.
• Support business development, proposal development, thought leadership, and mentorship of junior practitioners.
