Job summary

Deloitte U.S. Benefits Administration practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of outsourced benefits engagements, from implementation through steady-state operations across health and welfare and defined benefit pension administration.

You will partner with product and practice leadership to drive improvements, manage post-sale client relationships, support renewals and expansions, and help scale delivery playbooks as the practice grows. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years leading outsourced benefits delivery incl. health/welfare and pensions.
• 10+ years managing client relationships for large employers with multi-team delivery.
• 5+ years leading key components of health/welfare or pension implementations.
• 2+ years supporting sales cycles with benefit platforms (Alight, Businessolver, WTW, Conduent).
• Ability to travel 0–50%; immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for outsourced benefits engagements, from implementation to steady-state operations.
• Direct cross-functional delivery teams and vendors to meet SLAs and client commitments.
• Serve as the primary post-sale client contact for delivery performance and reviews.
• Partner with product and practice leadership to identify improvements and scalable playbooks.
• Support late-stage sales, account expansion, and hiring as the practice grows.
