Job summary

Deloitte's AI & Engineering team in Kansas City is seeking a Senior Manager on the Healthcare Industry Solutions group to transform health plan administration and operations, delivering improved efficiency and member experience.

You will lead workstreams across core administration, enrollment, billing, and service delivery, mentor junior practitioners, and help with business development while traveling about half the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in health care, health plan operations, or consulting.
• 7+ years implementing or configuring core administration platforms such as Facets, QNXT, HealthRules, or custom systems.
• Experience across claims adjudication, enrollment, billing, and benefits setup.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives for health plan organizations.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for client deliverables.
• Willingness to travel 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams or engagements focused on health plan operations transformation.
• Redesign end-to-end processes across claims, enrollment, billing, and service delivery.
• Translate business needs into transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Manage delivery, quality, and client communications across projects.
• Support business development, proposals, and thought leadership; mentor staff.
