Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health or related field required.
• 7–10 years of program management experience.
• Prior supervisory or management experience.
• Willing to travel 20–25% across Rush hospital sites.
• Ability to inform leadership on equity issues in healthcare, policy or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports strategic planning, implementation, evaluation and funding of community health programs.
• Gathers data, informs program development, grants, and measurements.
• Collaborates with stakeholders on policy, events, community engagement and initiatives.
• Develops partnerships with community and government stakeholders to address health inequities.
• Manages CHW Hub operations, budget, training and staff development.
