Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in healthcare construction/renovation.
• BS degree in architecture/engineering/construction management or equivalent required.
• Technical expertise in several areas of healthcare construction/renovation.
• Ability to prepare schedules for complex construction programs and projects.
• Ability to develop construction cost estimates.
• Experience in developing and managing construction contracts.
• Experience in communication with regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage space allocation process including development of alternatives for short / long range allocation.
• Oversight on design and construction of new projects, space renovations, infrastructure projects, and medical equipment installation with coordination of architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with organizational priorities.
• Provide day-to-day supervision, onboarding, mentorship, coaching, and development of assigned project management staff.
• Participate in the space and capital committee process and report on KPIs.
