Pay Range: $43.60 - $78.04 per hour

The Heart and Vascular Screening Program Coordinator RN works closely with leaders from across the Rush System for Health to define and implement strategies and workflows to improve lung care for the Rush community. The Program Coordinator RN functions within the full scope of practice to identify and secure support and resources necessary for successful origination and implementation of heart and vascular screening initiatives. The continuum of care will extend throughout the Rush health system, primarily serving the outpatient community. The Program Coordinator is responsible for meeting program goals in a timely and cost-effective manner. Program success will be measured through performance goals, program metrics, and other monitoring systems.
