Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Manager of GTM Data Science to lead a diverse team and own a portfolio of data science initiatives across customer intelligence domains. You will translate business objectives into analytics products, drive adoption, and demonstrate measurable impact for GTM decisions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to prioritize opportunities, establish success metrics, and ensure data-driven outcomes that improve customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, analytics, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years managing data science or analytics teams.
• Advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, CS, engineering, or related field.
• Strong fluency in Python or R and SQL.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into analytics initiatives.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, ML, experimentation, causal inference, and evaluation techniques.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape multi-quarter DS roadmap for customer engagement use cases.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify high-value decisions.
• Translate strategic questions into clear analytical frameworks and business cases.
• Lead executives and cross-functional leaders with clear recommendations.
• Define success measures and drive adoption and outcomes.
• Manage a portfolio of DS initiatives across retention, growth, and segmentation.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.
