Job summary

Autodesk in the United States (Illinois) seeks a Senior Business Analytics Manager to accelerate data-driven decision-making across Go-to-Market Finance. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, translate complex problems into scalable analytics and AI-enabled workflows, and partner with Finance, Sales, and Data Engineering to deliver durable data products.

You will design KPI frameworks, build dashboards, and mentor analysts while shaping governance and adoption of analytics across teams,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 8-10+ years in analytical fields (consulting, finance, BizOps, data science, BI, data engineering).
• Advanced SQL skills with large, complex datasets and multiple sources.
• Strong experience with BI/visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Experience partnering with Finance, GTM, or business leadership to support planning, forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics and AI-enabled workflow initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to improve planning, forecasting, and reporting workflows.
• Translate ambiguous problems into structured analytical frameworks and data products.
• Design and build scalable data products, dashboards, and AI-ready datasets.
• Prototype AI-enabled Finance workflows and ensure governance for production-ready solutions.
• Define KPI frameworks and standardize reporting across Finance and business teams.
• Communicate insights to senior leadership and mentor junior analysts.
