Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical or engineering experience in the munitions domain.
• 5+ years in program management roles leading diverse teams to deliver complex programs.
• 5+ years leading capture activities for government acquisitions.
• 5+ years developing and executing business strategies to achieve growth.
• Experience with client and industry relationships across the U.S. Army.
• Knowledge of DoW government contracts, acquisition, and proposal processes.
• Ability to build relationships with the federal government, industry, and academia.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and technical solutioning for engineering, R&D, integration, and development opportunities for an Army client.
• Develop, socialize, and execute a robust growth strategy and act as primary client contact.
• Lead proposal and business development activities and manage cost, schedule, and performance during contract execution.
