Ambience Healthcare in the United States is seeking an experienced B2B marketer to own account-based campaigns targeting hospitals and health systems. You will turn target accounts into sequenced campaigns, read CRM data, and align with Sales to move pipeline.
The role demands data-driven judgment, comfort with healthcare buyers, and the ability to measure what moves accounts. You will build repeatable rhythms between marketing and Sales and translate AI-enabled documentation tools into
The role owns the day to day running of account based marketing aimed at a chosen list of hospitals and health systems. A strong candidate has years of business to business marketing behind them, has worked directly with hospitals and health systems, and can pull and read their own data from a CRM or marketing platform. They turn target accounts into sequenced campaigns, measure what moved accounts or pipeline, and build a repeatable rhythm with Sales rather than one off pushes.
The company sells AI that listens to visits and drafts documentation, coding and clinical checks, so the marketing has to explain a new kind of clinical tool to cautious buyers. AI can speed up list building, reporting and content drafts, but judging which accounts are worth pursuing and reading what real pipeline movement looks like stays with the marketer. The human part is the judgment about signal versus noise and the working relationship with Sales on shared accounts.
This role sits close to a product that turns conversations into structured clinical and coding output, so the marketer learns how that kind of AI is positioned and measured in health systems. Experience would come from running campaigns that explain AI driven documentation and coding to hospital buyers and from using CRM and marketing tools to track account movement. Building it means getting fluent in how clinical documentation and coding workflows work and in what health system buyers need to see before they trust an AI tool.
