This role will oversee the optimization of current acquisition efforts across key performance marketing channels to scale existing programs, improve efficiency, and help Seed achieve its target KPIs. You will collaborate closely with teams across the organization including Creative, Design, Integrated Marketing, Growth Product, and Data to bring these acquisition efforts to fruition.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of Growth Marketing experience in health tech and/or CPG space, with successful, rapid-growth DTC businesses that are brand and performance-focused and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of developing and overseeing a highly efficient, large-scale ($30M+) acquisition program optimizing for LTV, ROI, or ROAS.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to unlock performance-driving insights across channels, creative, and attribution disciplines.
  • Strategic thinker who is also hands-on and a problem solver.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, especially with Brand and Integrated Marketing teams.
  • Deep understanding of the performance media landscape and how Seed’s brand can fit within it.
  • Bias towards analytics and measurement, with extensive experience measuring work against revenue-related goals.
  • Comfort representing Seed externally and working with agency partners to advocate for Seed’s interests.
  • Ability to work with finance teams on budgets, financial targets, and key performance metrics like CAC and LTV.
  • Excellent at communicating complex information clearly to cross-functional and external partners.
  • Willingness to handle tasks ranging from writing ad copy to conducting performance analysis.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute a performance marketing strategy aligned with company goals to drive growth for Seed’s flagship product, DS-01.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels (e.g., Paid Search, Affiliates, Direct Mail) to acquire customers efficiently and grow revenue, focusing on LTV/CAC ratio.
  • Oversee marketing budget allocation to maximize ROI and meet growth targets.
  • Use data insights to make informed decisions, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Implement A/B testing and experimentation to refine marketing strategies, analyze results, and improve channel performance.
  • Support marketing analytics and attribution projects to understand channel impact through testing, ROI analysis, and advanced attribution modeling.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert for performance marketing channel strategy for DS-01.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics), familiarity with Meta and Google ad products, A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely), and advanced attribution modeling.

The annual pay range for this full-time position is $150k-$170k + equity + benefits across all US locations (this position is 100% remote-US). Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level, and experience. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, LTD, Mental Wellness, EAP, Wellness Stipend + 401(k) match.
