Job summary

Corcept Therapeutics is seeking a seasoned professional to lead Government Pricing & Rebate Operations, Contract Operations, and Compliance within the pricing function. You will partner with Finance, Endocrinology, Oncology, and external vendors to manage pricing calculations, rebates, and contract loading, while ensuring SOX controls and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical pricing, market access, contract operations, government pricing, finance, or related functions
• Knowledge of state transparency reporting requirements
• Experience supporting SOX controls, audit readiness, and compliance documentation
• Experience with pharmaceutical contract management systems and rebate administration processes
• MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced degree or certification

Responsibilities

• Oversee and validate monthly and quarterly government pricing calculations
• Ensure timely submission of government pricing data to CMS, HRSA, VA, and other agencies
• Support Public Law and other federal pricing/reporting requirements
• Coordinate responses to government pricing audits and data validation requests
• Manage Medicaid, Medicare, and TRICARE rebate processing and accruals with external vendors
• Develop and maintain rebate accrual methodologies and assist month-/quarter-/year-end close
