Nicklaus Children’s Health System seeks a Sr. Manager Governmental Analytics to lead Medicaid funding analytics, modeling, and forecasting. You will support payer strategy initiatives across NCPS regions and provide proactive insights to leadership.

Key duties include complex financial analyses for Medicaid and commercial proposals, automated reporting, and leadership in contract testing and negotiations within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 7-10 years of analytics, forecasting, and executive presentations related to Medicaid financing/reimbursement.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with government payer negotiations and contract testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Medicaid and Commercial financial analyses; evaluate impact and advise recommendations.
• Support contract negotiations with financial analysis tying together reimbursement concepts.
• Develop automated reporting for Medicaid, Managed Care, and value-based programs.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership on legislative priorities and financial models.
• Represent Nicklaus in the Directed Payment Program and coordinate with external strategy consultants.
