Job summary

Strava, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Manager, Workplace to lead a team of workplace professionals across the US and manage our global employee experience budget and real estate contracts.

You’ll build a standardized Workplace playbook, partner with People Ops, IT/Security and Legal to ensure security and compliance, and oversee day-to-day operations for the SF office (7 floors) while scaling for global expansion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in workplace, facilities, or real estate operations.
• Experience managing budgets of $10M+ and vendor contracts.
• Proven leadership of distributed or remote teams.
• Experience across multiple sites or offices.

Responsibilities

• Own global Workplace playbook and standardize processes.
• Lead SF office operations and space planning (7 floors).
• Manage team (3 FTE + 1 contractor) across US offices.
• Oversee annual employee experience budget and landlord relations.
