Job summary

Amazon Leo Security Assurance seeks a Sr. Mgr to lead global regulatory and compliance activities, focusing on EU requirements and NIS2. You will guide a team of compliance specialists, coordinate with regulators, and drive roadmaps with cross-functional partners.

Strong communication with senior leadership is essential. You will develop scalable programs, establish metrics, and leverage automation/AI to meet expanding customer needs while ensuring robust information security and privacy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Security, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline.
10+ years of security, compliance and risk management experience.
Experience building and scaling compliance/assurance functions and interfacing with regulators.

Responsibilities

Oversee a global regulatory and compliance program across multiple frameworks, focusing on EU requirements.
Develop roadmaps, prioritize resources, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Interface with regulators and auditors, and respond to requests with actionable evidence.
Create metrics for senior leadership reporting.
Scale the program using automation and AI/ML where appropriate.
