TKWW is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Sales Compensation to lead the strategy, design, and administration of our global sales incentive programs. This role will ensure our compensation plans drive business growth, align with revenue objectives, and fairly reward performance. As a key leader within the Global Sales & Business Operations team, you will partner closely with Sales, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), HR, Legal, Internal Controls & Audit, and senior leadership to develop, implement, and optimize scalable incentive structures.
Responsibilities
- Compensation Strategy & Design: Develop and refine incentive structures to drive revenue growth, retention, and sales efficiency across global teams.
- Quota Setting & Performance Analysis: Oversee quota allocation methodologies, ensuring fairness, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.
- Plan Administration & Governance: Lead end-to-end compensation execution, including calculations, dispute resolution, and policy enforcement.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR to align compensation frameworks with broader business objectives.
- People Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization & Compliance: Implement scalable processes and controls to enhance accuracy, transparency, and adherence to industry best practices.
- Data & Reporting: Leverage analytics to assess plan effectiveness, identify trends, and drive data‑backed decision‑making.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in sales compensation, sales operations, or related roles, with at least 3 years leading teams.
- Global Exposure: Experience managing compensation across multiple regions, with knowledge of market‑specific considerations.
- Analytical & Process‑Oriented: Strong data analysis skills, attention to detail, and experience working with compensation software and Salesforce.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to align incentive structures with business goals and drive continuous improvement.
- Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead teams, collaborate cross‑functionally, and gain buy‑in from senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, professional proficiency. Professional proficiency in Spanish preferred.
