Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, public policy, international development, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• 10+ years of strategy, planning, portfolio management, or operations experience.
• Experience in philanthropy, resource mobilization, or international development.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into annual implementation plans for sub-teams and markets.
• Lead governance moments, budgeting, and resource allocation activities.
• Oversee portfolio management, including pipeline planning and performance tracking.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and mentorship to four program assistants.
