Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Manager PMT-ES for AWS Payments and Fraud Prevention to lead a team of product managers focused on expanding global payment coverage, diversifying payment methods, and reducing friction across AWS customer touchpoints.

You will drive multi-year strategy, partner with AWS leaders, and oversee cross-functional launches across 33+ engineering teams with a focus on security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
• Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for global payment adoption and customer accessibility across AWS's expanding customer base.
• Lead a team of product managers responsible for payments adoption portfolio spanning payment methods expansion, enterprise onboarding, and GenAI-powered tools.
• Prioritize and sequence initiatives to expand geographic payment coverage and optimize customer touchpoints.
• Champion AI-driven development and ensure security, compliance, and financial controls.
