Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Technical Product Manager.
• 5+ years of technical software/network/IT experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience communicating complex concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Ability to dissect complicated technical problems and build simplified customer experiences.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from disparate sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop product requirements from customer needs for growth, efficiency, and scaling of AWS's payment & fraud capabilities.
• Write compelling business cases articulating investment priorities and long-term vision.
• Investigate systems spanning multiple units; identify integration opportunities across payment processing, fraud, and financial ops.
• Build consensus across PM, engineering, and business development to achieve goals across payment ops, fraud, and platform infra.
• Leverage AI to transform customer experience and operations; design autonomous systems for real-time decisions across millions of transactions.
• Drive innovation in payment security with autonomous fraud detection, AI risk assessment, and intelligent routing.
• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-year initiatives with complex dependencies.
