You will guide cross-functional teams across Payments and Fraud Prevention to deliver measurable business impact, from enterprise onboarding to AI-powered payment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for global payment adoption and customer accessibility across AWS's expanding customer base.
• Partner with senior leadership across AWS Billing, Accounting, FinTech, Sales, and external financial institutions to align product roadmaps with business objectives.
• Establish product metrics and KPIs that balance customer adoption, payment success rates, and revenue optimization.
• Lead a team of product managers responsible for the payments adoption portfolio spanning payment methods expansion, enterprise onboarding, and GenAI-powered tools.
• Coordinate product launches across 33+ engineering teams spanning multiple organizations.
• Champion customer-centric solutions that reduce barriers to AWS adoption while maintaining security, compliance, and financial controls.
