Mars is seeking a Packaging Simplification, Senior Manager to lead key transformation initiatives in our packaging portfolio as it evolves over the coming years. You will identify and deliver global structural cost reduction initiatives and establish supplier partnerships with strong governance.

This is a 2-year program focused on spend leadership, category transformation, and strategic supplier relationships, working with R&D, Supply and external consultants to set the pace.

Qualifications

• 8 years procurement experience.
• Leading global change initiatives.
• Strong capabilities in supplier relationship management.
• Expertise in internal stakeholder communications and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead global structural cost-savings program for packaging; partner with R&D, Supply, and external consultants to set and drive the strategy.
• Drive category transformation through predefined initiatives, including print methodology and color programs.
• Manage strategic relationships; roll out global contracts and governance across Mars Packaging.
