Job Description: As Packaging Simplification, Senior Manager you will help lead a number of critical transformation initiatives in Mars Snacking as our packaging portfolio changes over the coming years. You will be accountable for identifying and delivering global structural cost reduction initiatives, lead critical change initiatives and also set up some of our most critical supplier partnerships up for success from a governance and planning perspective. This role is globally focused and is critical to unlock the change needed in the Packaging category. This is a 2 year project.
8 years procurement experience. Demonstrated ability in leading global change initiatives. Strong capabilities in supplier relationship management. Expertise in internal stakeholder communications and management.
Spend Better Leadership: Lead the global program of structural cost savings for the packaging category, partnering with R&D, Supply, third party consultants to set the strategic agenda and drive execution at pace. Unlocking various strategic opportunities.
Drive Category Transformation: Lead pre-defined strategic initiatives that drive the category forward including a key program on print methodology and color.
Manage Strategic Relationships: Lead the roll out of global strategic deal contracts and governance across the Mars enterprise within Packaging.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment. The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 119,040.00 - USD 163,680.00
