Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Packaging Simplification, Senior Manager in Finance to lead the global cost-reduction program for the packaging portfolio and drive major transformation initiatives across the business.

You will oversee governance and planning of supplier partnerships, collaborating with R&D, Supply, and external consultants to deliver impact over a two-year program, unlocking efficiencies and strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8 years procurement experience.
• Proven ability in leading global change initiatives.
• Strong capabilities in supplier relationship management.
• Expertise in internal stakeholder communications and management.

Responsibilities

• Spend Better Leadership: Lead the global program of structural cost savings for the packaging category, partnering with R&D, Supply, third party consultants to set the strategic agenda and drive execution at pace.
• Drive Category Transformation: Lead predefined strategic initiatives that drive the category forward including a key program on print methodology and color.
• Manage Strategic Relationships: Roll out global strategic deal contracts and governance across the Mars enterprise within Packaging.
