Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Packaging Simplification, Senior Manager to lead global cost-reduction transformations in the packaging category. You will partner with R&D, Supply and external consultants to set strategic agendas and drive fast execution on key initiatives.

The role is a two-year project aimed at unlocking structural savings and establishing governance for strategic supplier partnerships across Mars, including print methodology and color transformation

Qualifications

• 8 years procurement experience.
• Experience leading global change initiatives.
• Strong supplier relationship management skills.
• Expertise in internal stakeholder communications and management.

Responsibilities

• Spend Better Leadership: Lead global cost-savings program for packaging, partner with R&D, Supply, and consultants to set strategy and drive execution.
• Drive Category Transformation: Lead predefined initiatives including a program on print methodology and color.
• Manage Strategic Relationships: Roll out global strategic deal contracts and governance across Mars Packaging.
