Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Senior Manager of Network Security to lead the strategy, architecture, and operations of our global network security program across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will guide a global team, define roadmaps, and drive modernization with Zero Trust and SASE initiatives while reporting to executives.

You will collaborate with Cloud, DevOps and Application teams, manage governance and budgets, and ensure secure, scalable network infrastructure worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Network Security with 5+ years in leadership.
• Deep expertise with Palo Alto technologies, Prisma Access and GlobalProtect.
• Experience with WAF, Email Security, and PKI in hybrid environments.
• Proven security strategy, roadmaps, and executive reporting.
• Knowledge of cloud networking (Azure/AWS/GCP) and Zero Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Network Security, including engineers and leads.
• Define and execute strategic network security roadmap.
• Oversee design and operations of security technologies (firewalls, VPNs, WAFs).
• Govern firewall policy, segmentation, and secure architecture globally.
• Drive automation, IaC, and network visibility improvements.
• Manage PKI strategy and certificate lifecycle.
• Partner with Cloud, DevOps, and App teams for secure pipelines.
• Lead incident response and executive reporting on posture.
