Cloudflare is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the unified Infrastructure Operations function, spanning physical network reliability, security, and global regulatory compliance across 750+ data center sites in 125+ countries. You will oversee two teams and own the end-to-end decommissioning lifecycle with a focus on audit readiness and automation.

The role requires deep knowledge of data center operations, incident response, vendor management, and a track record of driving

Qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure operations, data center operations, or a related field with 3+ years in people management
• Experience managing managers and holding multiple teams accountable to operational SLAs
• Direct experience with physical data center operations, hardware lifecycle, decommissioning, and vendor management
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, or equivalent, at an operations level
• Strong program management, cross-team coordination, and automation adoption expertise

Responsibilities

• Lead two teams: Operations and Security & Compliance; set goals and drive a culture of excellence.
• Own end-to-end decommissioning lifecycle including ITAD vendor management and audit-ready records.
• Ensure 24x7 incident coverage and oversee hardware break-fix, circuit management, and asset lifecycle.
• Maintain auditing for compliance frameworks and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
• Drive automation initiatives and tools to reduce manual operational burdens across regions
