The role oversees two teams, drives 24x7 incident response, and ensures audit-ready records for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP. The position emphasizes automation, vendor management, and global scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure/ data center ops or related field, with people management.
• Experience managing managers and multiple teams to meet SLAs.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP or equivalent in an operational role.

Responsibilities

• Lead two teams: Operations and Security & Compliance.
• Own end-to-end decommissioning lifecycle and auditable evidence pipelines.
• Maintain 24x7 incident coverage and vendor coordination across regions.
• Drive automation initiatives and internal tooling to improve efficiency and audit readiness.
• Represent DCSC in executive reviews and cross-functional governance.
