Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Communications, based in Miami, to lead global HR communications operations supporting workforce planning and crew experience. The role partners with senior leadership to craft targeted messaging, manage platforms, and guide transformational programs across the fleet.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in strategic communications, strong leadership, and project-management expertise, with PMP/Agile preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in strategic communication or similar roles with senior leadership.
• 10-15 years of experience leading complex global projects, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Project management certification (PMP/Agile) preferred; knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, and the MS Office Suite.
• Highly autonomous with ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in global HR or organizational function is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute global HR Operations communication strategies to support workforce planning and staffing across the fleet.
• Provide expert guidance on internal communication aligning with business objectives and enhancing crew experience.
• Influence strategic decisions by identifying requirements and supporting rollout of communication initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define needs, develop solutions, and assess effectiveness.
• Support executive leadership with high-level communications and updates to shipboard teams.
• Lead issues management and crisis communication efforts with clarity and consistency.
• Coordinate crew-specific messaging and engagement initiatives with the crew communication team.
• Create presentations and talking points for senior management on organizational changes and priorities.
• Oversee HR Operations communication platforms content accuracy and relevance.
• Lead the HR Ops communications team responsible for platform content and global messaging distribution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
