Job summary

Stellar Development Foundation seeks a Senior Manager of Enterprise Payments BD to drive growth in active accounts and solidify Stellar’s leadership in blockchain-based payments. You will own the primary OKRs for account growth and payment volumes, coordinating with RWA and DeFi teams to surface and close holistic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 8+ years in business development with a proved track record in global payments, fintech, or blockchain roles.
• Existing relationships within Enterprise, Fintech, Payments, and Crypto ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Refine the Payments Strategy and drive Monthly Active Account volume.
• Develop a priority target list and ensure execution against targets.
• Manage key strategic relationships with accounts.
• Lead business development on DeFi, asset tokenization, and cross‑team collaboration.
