Job summary

HNI Corporation, a global family of brands for workplace and home, is seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Network Operations.

The role focuses on reliability, security, and performance of LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, wireless, cloud connectivity, and UCaaS across corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and remote sites. The position is full-time, based at HNI’s IT Headquarters in Muscatine, IA, with at least 50% onsite presence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise network/telecommunications experience.
• 5+ years leading network/telecommunications teams.
• Preferred CCNP/CCIE or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term networking and telecom strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate on roadmaps for modernization and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Ensure alignment with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, wireless, and cloud connectivity across sites.
• Manage incident response, SLAs, and reliability initiatives.
